Pros

You can wear jeans to work.

Cons

Pay is poor due to lack of standards held to employees. More qualified employees aren't paid more but are expected to complete a greater share of the work. Bonuses have become more difficult to achieve due to near impossible call standards.Bonus amounts have decreased as well. Great deal of turn over.

Pros

There's a vision that may not be an actual achievable vision, but it's there.

Cons

Not sure where to start. Management - self-absorbed that any recommendations outside of their own are foreign territory. Lack of Work Life Balance - unusual push to just be in the office, for "face time". Lack of recognition - efforts go unnoticed unless you're a rocket scientist and even that might just be mediocre for this place. Racism aka bureaucracy (shocking as it can be in 2015) - didn't think this would make the list, but it sure does. What they (management) do not know is the creation of all their 'networks' disintegrates teams. Yeah, it's great to know that there are communities you can belong too but many of those higher up involved tend to closely associate with those who are involved with the same communities.
