      Pros

      Amazing management, good salary, very collaborative work environment, if you join the BLP program they are looking to fast track you to top management, exposure to Senior Management as a recent college graduate, full time role combined with course work to maximize experience

      Cons

      None so far, it is separating from GE so some very small technical IT issues

      Good pay, great benefits, flexible schedule options, and tons of paid time off avaliable.

      Cons

      "New" company. The customer experience can be made a little worse by the processes, management can often be lacking.

      Pros

      Plenty of overtime, schedule flexibility, great benefits, shift differential along with regular average pay. Community involvement and events.

      Cons

      Hard to schedule time off during peak holidays. Not everyone allowed to flex schedules the same way. Computer system network needs updating. The new hire absenteeism policy is very strict with no flexibility.
