      1) Extensive growth opportunities 2) Friendly senior leadership

      Cons

      Based on my experience in the organisation, I don't have a lot of positives to cover. the leave structure needs to be revamped, job gets stressful most of the time. Managers don't have people management skills, they're just filling positions. Flexibility options are very less. Compensation is not up to industry standards.

      It was good until it became Synchrony Financial

      Friendly atmosphere. Approachable Senior Management

      Cons

      Huge work Pressure. No relief while taking calls on most days. Rarely one gets a breather. 6 months after the joining, the process associate will be taking close to 110 calls a day.
