Good pay Tuition reimbursement Health care

Cons

Lack of communication Management has no clue what their doing Making account managers responsible for lower tier agents overseas (outside out job requirements) without additional pay. Retaliatory behavior from supervisors You have to wait for someone to die before they promote you. Senior agents will ALWAYS take precedence regardless of their skills and capabilities. You are not guaranteed to have time off as requested.

Great pay and benefits, very understanding when it comes to personal situations.

Cons

No time in between calls, handling multiple client accounts simultaneously, getting written up and terminated for reasons that should have been coached first.
