There are too many to mention them all. The worst benefit package I have ever seen. The President has created a very chaotic and stressful environment. There are no disclosed policy and procedures. No one really knows what is going on, or how to do their job. Difference in opinions are not appreciated and unless you’re a “yes” person you’ll get terminated. Communication within Management is terrible. This company has a high turn over, which is probably due to the lack of leadership.
