Pros

The job provides steady work with benefits. A good opportunity to develop photography skills. Some coworkers are great and help create a positive work environment.

Cons

Below-average pay. The compensation doesn’t reflect the workload, making it difficult to feel valued for the effort put in. High workload. Due to outsourcing and efficiency cuts, the workload has become increasingly difficult to manage. Expectations are high, and meeting them can feel overwhelming. Management struggles. Communication and support from leadership could be improved. It often feels like issues aren’t fully understood or addressed in a way that benefits employees. Limited career growth. Advancement opportunities seem scarce, making it difficult to see long-term potential in the role.

Pros

Nice people, allow unlimited work from home

Cons

Too many middle managers jostling for position. Updates take too long to push.
