Non-US, little support

Pros

Great talents and teammates. I was lucky enough to have a good leadership around me. Solutions are innovative and modern, always well aligned with the market. Wage is great.

Cons

Less budget, care and support for global teams, aka ‘the rest of the world’. You have somewhat more independence, but when layoffs come you’re also disposable. Lack of transparency. Lots of work and not necessarily any growth or recognition for it. There are benefits that aren’t offered outside of the US.

Pros

Working at this company is an excellent career launchpad, offering exposure to big names and industry leaders, enhancing your resume and network. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and face diverse and challenging tasks in a dynamic environment. Continuous learning, mentorship from experienced professionals, and building a robust professional network are key benefits, all while working for a reputable company that boosts your marketability.

Cons

While the company offers valuable experience and networking opportunities, there are notable drawbacks. The pay is relatively low compared to industry standards, and there is limited room for career growth within the organization. Frequent changes in processes and leadership can create instability and disrupt workflows. Additionally, despite the company's reputation and the exposure to big names, employees may find better compensation and advancement opportunities elsewhere. This can be frustrating for those looking to build a long-term career with clear growth potential.
