      Pros

      Good for career switchers. They give you the opportunity to try the role as long as you prove yourself during the interview process. Don't necessarily need direct experience.

      Cons

      The other reviews on here are totally true. I joined because I needed the experience. But overall terrible leadership with decent middle managers. Salaries are abysmally low. Product doesn't work. Sales processes are garbage. Turnover is ridiculous. There have been ~20 people who have left, were laid off, or fired since I joined. Most of these are people I work directly with.

      1. Work life balance 2. Benefits 3. Wide customer base

      Cons

      1. Lack of structure 2. Lack of knowledge (blind leading the blind a large majority of time) 3. Weak leadership 4. Pay could be a lot better compared to the amount of work that an individual does 5. Seems like very few understand what’s going on below the surface 6. Onboarding definitely needs work 7. False sense of cohesion
