Pros

- Great benefits - Competitive salaries - Flexible options for remote work - Decent PTO - Tons of great people in the mix there - Rock solid security team - Extremely hardworking and nonthreatening HR department that tries to keep things human All in all probably a great job for 80% of folks

Cons

The rot mostly lies within middle management. The good ones have either left, or are just not present enough in day to day operations to make a difference. As for the rest.. Many of them are perfectly nice, hardworking people that just probably aren't a good fit for a management position. Spent a lot of time doing my manager's job, whilst receiving no reward. Others... are flat out incompetent. and still others.. untrustworthy, unsavory, and all of the above. This makes it a challenging workplace, and not in the good ways. If you're going to work here, be prepared to advocate for yourself. With that being said: given a company of this size, one can only expect these issues to exist at some level.

Great place, but beware of the entitled employees

Pros

This company is growing leaps and bounds. I came through an acquisition and would love to say its been easy, but that isn't reality. There have been bumps, but I have a solid core group of people who really cares about the bigger picture. I see the light at the end of the tunnel and really believe we are building something great here. The benefits are great, much better than my last job. They give up to 4% toward your 401k, give you time off to volunteer, and have a tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

Some of the employees are really entitled and are trying everything to burn down the house. The senior leadership team is finally starting to recognize the snakes in the grass and are moving them out, but it was toxic for a while. Change is hard, and just because you were a key contributor at in your last role doesn't mean you will produce here. We are complex and have a lot going on. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves if you join this company. If you are the kind of person who only takes a job for the money, this isn't the place for you. In this hyper inflated market, you can and will find higher salaries... but you will likely be knocking on Syndigo's door in 8 months when the bottom falls out and your high salary is the one that is cut.

Pros

Talented co-workers, Salary, and Remote Opportunities.

Cons

The company seems more interested in acquiring new companies then growing, retaining, and mentoring current employees.
