Pros

The fast paced environment is both exciting and challenging. There have been several acquisitions which is likely driving a lot of the negative sentiment in the other reviews. Coming from an acquired company the face paced sales driven environment is not for anyone...and not everyone can keep up. It's exciting to be at a company growing quickly with new solutions to sell and plenty of growth upside.

Cons

Change is constant and for some people this can be unsettling...for others it's exciting and presents opportunity.

Pros

This is a decent place to work to gain experience in the SaaS and eCommerce industry. The compensation is average and the paid time off benefits are reasonable. It's a great starting point if you are early in your career and looking for experience to transition into a more established organization.

Cons

When joining this company, be prepared for a steep learning curve with limited structured training or ongoing support. Feedback is often critical but lacks clear action plans or guidance for improvement. Client escalations are frequently deprioritized, requiring employees to seek help across multiple teams to resolve issues. The role can feel isolating, even within a team setting. Long-term growth opportunities appear limited and tend to be offered primarily to a select group of favored employees. Direct management is more focused on their own agendas than on supporting employee success. 1:1 meetings are frequently used to express frustration with leadership or organizational decisions rather than to provide guidance, coaching, or feedback. Managers tend to impose their preferred processes on employees in addition to existing departmental expectations, claiming their approach is superior to that of other leaders. Additionally, there seems to be a pattern of prioritizing employees who are outspoken or disruptive, while those who are consistent, respectful, and hardworking receive less support and recognition. Upper management places a strong emphasis on social media marketing and outreach, sometimes at the expense of addressing key product improvements that customers need. Employees who focus heavily on LinkedIn activity tend to be recognized more than those prioritizing client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, there is a pattern of rehiring former employees at higher salaries rather than investing in long-term, loyal team members who have consistently supported the company.

Pros

This company has great coworkers and overall culture.

Cons

Recently the company brought on a new VP who has no understanding of how to treat employees. He is numbers driven and is a cancer to the culture of this place. While he's there I wouldn't apply.
