      Competitive salary and compensation for the industry. Transition from a very legacy and niche company to a much broader offering that services numerous industries. Growth focused undoubtedly but if you are diligent, play by the rules and hit your numbers good things will happen. Efforts to move towards a "Work Hard, Play Hard" culture on Commercial Team. Much improved healthcare & 401k benefits. Nice building and office space. Receive travel opportunities, monthly catered meals and/or happy hours as well. Exposure to top consumer brands and retailers.

      Cons

      Proper enablement and training around newly acquired companies and solutions can be a struggle as exposure to other departments can be limited as focus can be on moving quickly with tasks at hand. Culture is in a transition mode. Some struggles with CRM tool at times. Yet to determine defined & structured path for career growth.
