Pros

As someone who has been with the company for a long time, I can confidently say that it is an excellent organization to work for. Over the years, I have been promoted and provided with numerous opportunities to advance my career, which is a testament to the company's commitment to employee development. One of the things that I appreciate most about this company is the executive team's communication style and transparency. The leadership team is always available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide updates on the company's direction and goals. The open and honest communication helps create a sense of trust and collaboration among employees and management. The salaries at this company are also very fair and competitive. As someone who has worked in the industry for a while, I can attest that the company's compensation packages are at or above market rates. This has helped me feel valued and appreciated, which has motivated me to work harder and contribute more to the company's success. But perhaps the most significant reason why I enjoy working at this company is the overall vision and future of the organization. I truly believe in the company's product and its potential to transform the industry. The leadership team has a clear strategy for growth and is investing in the right areas to drive success. As an employee, it is inspiring to be a part of a company that has such a clear vision for its future. I highly recommend Syndigo as an excellent place to work. The executive team's communication style and transparency, fair salaries, and overall vision and future of the company make it a fantastic organization to be a part of.

Cons

While my experience with Syndigo has been overwhelmingly positive, I would like to provide some constructive feedback. Some projects can be challenging and require additional time outside of the typical 9-5 workday. However, I believe that this is a common occurrence in the industry, and the company has been supportive of employees who need to work outside of normal hours to meet project deadlines. Additionally, the challenging projects have provided opportunities for me to develop new skills and grow professionally, which I appreciate. Overall, I believe that the company values work-life balance and provides flexibility to accommodate the demands of the job when necessary.

Pros

On the positive side, the teams are strong and capable, which means we're able to produce high-quality work. People are nice at the tactical level.

Cons

However, the company lacks a clear culture and identity, which can sometimes make it feel like we're all working on the problem of the second. The leadership environment always seems chaotic, this leads to confusion and a lack of direction, compensation was also a bit below market.

Pros

Worked for FSEnet before they got acquired and it was a great environment. CFO and Finance Manager were both great people and they taught me a lot.

Cons

Private company so the pay scale was below average and the raises were not on standard schedules.
