Pros

Growing company. Merging companies is always difficult but it's being done in a thoughtful way. Organization has made changes to its structure that is more cohesive and allows for improved operations. I love my team and my manager who provides a very collaborative environment.

Cons

Growing fast does come with pains. We're moving so fast that communication falls short at times. This leads to confusion and frustration between departments are priorities aren't aligned. I'd also say the pay is a little lower than market.

Mold growth in the building raised health and safety concerns. Ceiling materials fell into a workstation and hit an employee, raising serious safety concerns. There was little understanding or support for employee mental health, along with constant mandatory overtime. Minor mistakes were often met with harsh criticism from the Director of Photography.
