Pros

- Work/Life balance - Learning opportunities (if you're having that mindset) - Remote work - Managers are understanding and approachable

Cons

- Lack of opportunity to have core product engineering exposure (Now Syndigo is taking actions on this) - Most of the core product has already been designed and developed hence limited scope if you want real product designing exposure

Pros

You will always have work to do

Cons

Mold growth in the building raised health and safety concerns. Ceiling materials fell into a workstation and hit an employee, raising serious safety concerns. There was little understanding or support for employee mental health, along with constant mandatory overtime. Minor mistakes were often met with harsh criticism from the Director of Photography.
