New Leadership Turnaround

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Competitive compensation, achievable quotas, fun co-workers, scalable solution with ROI data and necessity-level value, lots of recognizable consumer brands that appreciate salespeople. Compared to old leadership, the new leaders actually have a vision and know-how for how to take Syndigo to the next-level. Now that we have capable leadership, I've been recommending former colleagues to Syndigo over the last year.

Cons

You can tell Syndigo bought ~15 companies over the last ~7 years. There's a lot of catch-up that needs to be done with internal systems to bring automation to the commercial org. The good news is that new leadership is doing something about it. There's also some limitations in the product, but I am optimistic the new product leadership and growing teams are fixing gaps.
