-unlimited PTO and people are respectful of it- haven't felt judged or looked down upon for taking time off -projects are outlined well and then given to you to complete as you feel is necessary -lots of trust and respect between coworkers

Cons

-personally, i wish we were in office. i know a lot of people enjoy working from home, but being fully remote is a con for me
