Other than leadership, very nice people to work with.
Cons
Unrealistic quotas. Zero autonomy. Employees are treated like children. The product simply does not work and management does not want to hear about it. Leadership are all fraternity brothers and they love their click. They only hire externally from their group of people for management/leadership. Zero career advancement - never saw a single person promoted internally. Track record of not paying out commissions. Leadership talks a big game about being an employer of choice, but don't practice what they preach. If leadership does not like you (for whatever reason), they will make your life miserable until you quit. All leadership cares about is growing the company as quickly as possible, regardless if the product works or not, so they can sell it and walk away.
