      Laid back environment, lots of autonomy and free time when work is self managed well

      Cons

      Lots of fires across teams due to lack of clear communication and opportunities to move up or get more pay are scarce

      Great health care benefits , very good for all level full time employees.

      Cons

      Pay is not equal in average employment level. I had people in my same position making way more than me. That have been with the company way less time than me .
