      If you have a good manager things can be easier on you.

      Cons

      Over worked, boys club, very little people of color, can wear on your mental health. If your sales method doesn’t fit the way they do it. They’ll tell you to change it even though you’re seeing success.

      Syndigo is a huge and great company. it gives you amazing opportunities to grow in your respective field. Employees around are really helpul . Company provides with in depth knowledge of your field and product. Also you can work in the comfort of your home and travel all over the world with the company for special project if you want .

      Till now i have not been able to find any cons in the company.
