Opportunity to make change

Pros

Fast growing and a lot of opportunity to make change. Does a good job of listening to employees concerns and makes changes where they can. Also enjoy additional initiatives I have been able to take part in like monthly DE&I meetings, leadership training, and yoga sessions. Has also been very flexible during the pandemic allowing employees to continue working from home if they are not comfortable going into an office. Also allows employees to go into a nearby office if they do want to work from an office.

Cons

Depending on your job you may have to work a lot of hours due to rapid growth and tight deadlines. Need to be comfortable with working in gray areas as rapid growth can lead to a lack in documentation and an abundance of dealing with issues for the first time.
