      It was fun at the begging, but then not everything that shine is gold.

      Pros

      In my experience, the autonomy of the position and the space of own development, but that depended on you, due to the lack of seniority on top management position.

      Cons

      Lack of Direction and leadership, the acquisition pace of new startups, provoking delivery issues. That create an micromanagement mechanic that put a lot of pressure on the front and back teams. Disparity on objectives with no differentiation based on the business locations.

      1. Low pay compared to the market relative to required expertise. 2. Merging products of different acquired companies to a single platform has been a technical nightmare. 3. Low growth.
