      Pros

      Good teams. Flexible schedule. Focuses on E-Commerce, so that's job security. Good benefits. Friendly seniors that care about how you feel in your job. They care about mentorship. They provide good tech.

      Cons

      Lots of acquisitions distracts from making the application solid sometimes, but this does contribute to job security. They don't provide nice chair or desk for home, but who does?

      Pros

      Team members are awesome to work with! Management is improving. Decent pay, good benefits Growing company Opportunity for advancement if you work hard Many of the previous reviews talk about acquiring companies and not having a direction, that is no longer the case. The vision is there, it’s about execution.

      Cons

      Platform is a work in progress. There are some migration challenges which have caused for some very difficult customer discussions. Total Pay structure is a bit out of whack IMO. I’ve hit my quota, but when it is stated that OTE is uncapped, technically it is, but you are limited until you hit 100%. Each deal you close varies on how much you get paid (percentage-wise). It’s not a make or break for me, but it’s important to share.
