      A lot of change all the time Hours can be very long depending on what's going on Some leaders tend to micromanage

      Pros

      -good base salary for area. -coworkers are cool, in the same boat as you so you can discuss grievances. -goliath in industry -good covid industry -good CEO (transparent and decent)

      Cons

      -terrible management and mindset (outdated methods, approach, etc) -no structure -concerns dismissed or told "maybe this isnt a good fit for you" -software issues constantly, support team slow, so all blame internally and externally falls on you. -terrible business practices -prey on clients -OTE is nice at first glance but unattainable.

      Management is highly egotistical and dysfunctional. It is more like a bunch of frat boys than it is business. But...senior females are not much better. CFO is nasty to people; is rude...sharp...abrasive. CIO is not transparent. Pulls out the “woe is me card” too often. Does she have a. clue that people with far less financial security suffer from much worse? Company does awesome stuff but these leaders are self-centered
