      1. Recognize the good work 2. Good pay scale , more than service based company average anong product based 3. Not much process oriented , so no technical things like reimbursement , Sodexo , all these things resolved with in a day 4. Work from home allowed

      Cons

      1. Variable pay is not 100 % , means not even paying the full CTC 2. Community partiality is a problem , specially Tamil and Telegu 3. Some times Increment cycle delay for 2 to 3 months 4. Travel policy is the worst in the industry
