      None. There is consistent turn over. This is a sinking ship

      Cons

      Steer clear of this company No one is hitting numbers on sales, CS team lacks bandwidth, customers are churning significantly, engineering has had recent and consistent layoffs. Only thing that’s consistent it the lay offs.

      Pros

      In the US, they pay really good salaries. Health plans are top notch. Sadly most job listings are now in Canada because it's cheaper.

      Cons

      One of the fastest death spirals I've ever seen at a startup. Any sane leadership voices were pushed out by AI sycophants. The company is clearly bleeding cash and cutting costs by doing waves of layoffs. This used to be a great company to work for, but that ship has sailed. Just stay away.
