      - Used to be able to work with the smartest and most genuine people that truly cared and happy to help each other - Company's mission used to focus on pay equity and pay transparency - Used to offer fully remote work without any asterisk

      Cons

      - CEO churn through multiple C-level managements and shift priorities at unsustainable rate - All the people that made this company great got layoff - Heavily pushing AI to all employees and expect everyone to work faster - Pay equity and pay transparency no longer part of the company mission - Claim the company is an early stage startup when it have been in business for almost a decade

      Pros

      The people that work at Syndio are amazing. The smartest and the most hard working you’ll ever work with. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Company’s mission is very encouraging. I learned so much while working at Syndio. The compensation is really good and the health benefits are top notch. Remote work is the best and I feel like work life balance is optimal. I think our management does a great job of overseeing our work but not micromanaging.

      Pros

      Syndio has a lot of momentum towards a truly disruptive product vision. It feels like an early stage startup but with an already trusted brand, amazing enterprise customers, and an innovative and nimble team. The culture emphasizes high trust, lots of flexibility, no micromanaging, and humble curious colleagues.

      Cons

      Recent RIF hurt morale, though productivity still feels high. Remote culture is challenging at times and I wish there were more opportunities to get together in person. For Seattle-based folks this isn't a problem now that there's an office.
