Easy Interview. Good office infrastructure. Good salary.

Cons

Not so experienced reporting manager. Corrupt hike/promotion process. No career growth. Misconduct by team leads to damage company's name. Few team leads misbehave with resources, when no body is around. They try to make everything compliant. Legacy project. Almost all the projects are support and all of them legacy. There's not much work, but still they say "If you dont have work, ask for it".
