-Flexibility WFH -Positive relationships with coworkers -Ability to work individually

Cons

-Leadership seems out of touch, generally weak and reactionary. -Low pay, no bonus structure in department. There is very little employee appreciation. -Culture and morale seems to be on a steady decline.

work like balance not great, management lies to keep work afloat, bonus delays, no field data, growth is difficult, turn over high, benefits are not ideal. Management does not support needs

Pros

The whole industry is going to contract hiring companies so get on board or get left behind.

Cons

The PTO with Syneos stinks. They give us 2 weeks/yr knowing most of us won’t be on the same contract long enough to accrue more. I think they like to brag to their customers that they’ll ensure their reps are in the field 50weeks/year. That’s an archaic approach in the current marketplace. Expensive healthcare too.
