Not helpful line managers- keeps their ears open to complaints but hardly acts on it. Mostly care about its metrics, and makes false promises to bring in additional support for work. Work gets too overwhelming but no actions taken. W.R.T training, if you get a study with good MM, you are trained well otherwise just whole load of paperwork gets dumped at you. No scope of progression - All you get is 'Senior' added to existing title and extra load of work which does not necessarily reflect with your salary. If you are a starter and want challenges for learning, go ahead, but do not stay for too long. Superficial benefits program- they will always have an excuse why you cannot be paid for that particular reward
