      Pros

      - Great starting salary for freshers - opportunity to learn is quite high (without any expectations or increment) - Beautiful office - people are really friendly -If you are in increment cycle (for SS1 or SS2 positions) then opportunity to grow is magnificent.

      Cons

      - Starting you career with safety and pv coordinator position might seem like a bless but this same blessing will still be there for the number of years to come. Reasons: -No increment -No growth -management will only make promises but will never fill them. - workload will be similar to SS2 position (no compensation for extra work whatsoever) - There is only work, because life is a myth for at least 5 days of the week. - Poor management from top to bottom. -too much politics and discrimination.
