Syneos Health supports a diverse and inclusive culture which allows people to be their authentic self. I feel that my career goals and supported and that the Leadership team are truly committed to creating an environment that enables people to achieve their career aspirations.

Having worked for a different CRO prior to joining Syneos Health, I am grateful for the culture here at Syneos and 12 months in do not think that there are any cons!
