      Salaries on time leave policy is good.

      Cons

      1. I was working 12 hours a day and still they are expecting 15 hours a day without any OT policy. 2. They do not provide reimbursement of cell and broadband cost. 3. Work culture is pethatic.. No clear policy. 4. They don't even have KT documents or knowledge base they are solely depends on its vendor for payroll processing. 5. Basic logics of payroll are missing.. however these benifit a employee's.

      -Colleagues at same level are supportive and kind

      Cons

      -Management does not value individuals -pure profit driven environment -chronic work overload with empty promises that this is only “temporary” -no development opportunities -no promotions or salary increases -extremely low staff retention -treatment and working environment unhealthy, everyone stressed and near burnouts
