      Paycheck. It’s a job not a career. If you are seasoned clinical researcher look elsewhere.

      Cons

      Poor culture: CRAs are not valued, under appreciated, disrespected, micromanaged, and blamed for all issues. Focus is on revenue and not GCP. Management is not supportive and in-experiences.

      The Flexibility and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Don't bother applying for internal positions now that the merger has occurred. No matter how good a fit you are you WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Your fate is no longer in the hands of the hiring managers. Talent Acquisition determines if your resume is passed on. TA is looking EXTERNALLY only because we have a serious deficit of resources.
