There was no downside in SYN.

The benefits were ok, but not that great. Upper management definitely didn't care about what happened to the "little guys". I was told my job would be fine, but then a month later, I lost said job. My boss was just as confused as me and seemed disappointed in the company. The HR department was awful. Most of the IT department is based in India. I called a few times and was either treated like I was a complete idiot or hung up on. It was definitely because I was woman. I honestly hated calling IT because of this.
