      Learning fast in a very short time

      Cons

      Management does not care about your career progression at all. They think everyone is replaceable. The workload is completely unmanageable. They lie about everything, values and culture does not exist in this company. Everyone can do whatever they want, there is no control.

      Great opportunity to advance quickly and work with very smart people.

      Cons

      When the contract ends, so does your employment. Unlike other companies, if there are layoff there are usually severance packages. While at Syneos, if the client decides to end the contract early, so goes your employment. No severance, no benefits, nothing. I realize that many people have it much worse, but is disheartening when it happens.
