      1. Its cares about its employee 2. Its top management conducts monthly virtual meeting with all the employees and is gives me a sense of transparency.

      Cons

      You are need to report to a project Manager (for your project related work) and also to another senior employee (which they call as PDG - Personal Development Guide). Even, if you are doing great work and your project manager is happy., still you need to justify yourself in front of your PDG - which I feel is unnecessary. I believe, you should only report to one person which is your project manager.
