-Company culture (friendly, stress free, even innocent) -Potential for self development (scope to work across multiple verticals if you ask for the same) -Great Team mates and Managers - Work life balance (Huuuge plus) -People development -Salary structure (decent in hand pay) - Bangalore location -Manyata tech park office -Onboarding process -Internal training (very easy and straightforward to do) -HR communications -Support from IT (Awesome by all means) -Internal movements -Employment engagement program -Communication with upper management (director) -Zero micromanagement -Professional freedom -Moral code (People won't call on phone, use only teams during office hours, no calls post office hours!! All of this shocked me because I come from a company which does not acknowledge work life balance or that employees are people too or employees can have own life too!)
