      Pros

      Free lunch every day is nice. For the most part a very autonomous working environment. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Poor health benefits, especially for a company working in healthcare. Limited maternity leave, and zero paternity leave. Takes weeks for HR to answer simple questions. Unstructured management and poor leadership. Lots of turnover at the junior levels. Strategic thinking is antiquated.

      Pros

      Management does not micro manage. Benefits better than average, week off in winter time and plenty of work life balance (kind of)

      the merger has really been hard on the company.....too many managers and not enough workers......"synergy to come"

      there is nothing positive I can say about Syneos

      Cons

      When INC Research bought inVentiv Health (though they called it "merge") and became Syneos I knew this company is not where I want to continue my career. They treat us, employees as if we were robots, have super high expectations and in return they give no support, no recognition.
