      Fair and honest compensation. If you are on the commercial side (field) it will depend on the client terms and type of position level.

      Cons

      It's a contract company. You can move around, but you are limited to terms of client contract.

      Pros

      The people you work with are friendly and easy to get along with which make it really enjoyable to be around. The dress code is more or less relaxed as long as you don't wear anything provocative. You learn a lot and get to experience a decent amount, more than if you had the same job at a different company. Very flexible hours too.

      Cons

      The pay is on the low end of what we should be making.
