      Pros

      I have been with the company for almost 10 years. It is a very motivating environment with strong company culture. It does seem that they really care about their employees.

      Cons

      Not a great deal of upward mobility, seems they like to hire externally when a management position becomes available.

      As a part-time Nurse Educator, I experienced a lot of flexibility, autonomy, and support from upper management. This is an excellent company for any nurse looking to transition into the pharmaceutical industry. The pay/bonus is competitive and the contract lengths are reasonable.

      Cons

      There are no benefits available for part-time employees.
