Training, communication, lack of expectations

Lack of proper tools and infrastructure to help support DMs. Programming support is not upto the mark given that it's a big CRO. Manual effort and reports are cumbersome and data visual tools and programs are the need of the hour which the management does not explore or build upon. People who work hard get extra work load and no support environment for Data managers. People have been leaving company due to this.
