Syneos Health reviews

The REMS program I was working on ended. Our department did have notice. However, Syneos scrambled literally days before the program ended to interview candidates. Interviews consisted of 1 interview for ALL of the jobs you applied for (what a joke). So, if you applied for 3 jobs then you had a 3 in 1 interview. Some were offered positions, and a few days before the weekend (before we came back from the weekend to report back to work if offered a position) the program directors called a meeting to inform those with new “job offers” that the “new contract” they supposedly had was not set in stone and everyone would receive and email on how to submit back their equipment. IF YOU HAVE OTHER JOB OFFERS TAKE THEM OVER SYNEOS. Syneos does not offer job security!

Pay oh and title. Beware of the bait ans switch,they interview you for a lead or something higher, then when you start they give you another title and say titles don't mean anything here. Last year they demoted probably oer 80% of the employees, giving lower titles than the bait and switch title. Then, no one gets raises because they now have a structure and range and sinec we demoted you, you are now paid too much for the role we gave you. Contractors are holding this company hostage but they don't produce, lack integrity and the skillset to perform daily tasks. Oh an the nepitism..... Let's hire a new guy because he's a friend of the xxxxx and that person can't even spell IT..... Sits in meetings and adds NO value what so ever.
