This is a company that actually gets work done and doesn't spend all its resources buying up other companies and cheaping out on its employees. Promotions come along every once in a while. Solid benefits for full-time employees.
Cons
While one does progress in this company, it's a rather slow growth. In a large company like Syneos, moving up the career ladder takes a long time. Salaries aren't keeping up with responsibilities and COL.
