Horrible, inexperienced line managers that don't appear to understand basic HR concepts. C-suite gets massive stock options and therefore only cares about pumping up the stock price, not improving the actual business. I started with an open mind, but have since lost all respect and trust for the company.

How did you get treated during this pandemic? NO 401k match, “voluntary layoffs” no merits Did the execs take a paycut? NO Did the execs give back bonus? NO Did the execs sign on bonuses get held back? Doubtful The leaders care about the money in their pockets not the employees that is the culture. You have no worth here whatsoever. It doesn’t get any better here since we merged with INC it gets worse and worse. After the merger it had so much potential but the turnover and the leadership decisions say everything. The reviews with five stars have very little words that says something
