Business Outlook
Pros
Good intro into Pharma, easy to continually get onto different contracts. Sometimes can be hard to get job at other companies if they compete with Syneos. Good work/life balance, usually get a car. Overall good company to work for.
Cons
-Pay is usually lower -usually co-promote with other Pharma companies reps who make a lot more. -since on a contract if you get laid off you do not get much notice.
