Training is a joke - you just don't get really trained, either you understand the job or not. The team is great, however from the beginning it seems overworked. Lots of unnecessary calls and meeting. Personally I started to have some health problems due to this job. You will be overstressed and you won't understand all the procedures, which are unclear and too complex. The tools you'll get are either ancient or not working. And, it is working on client's projects, which means that you will be asked to explain constantly, what are you doing - mostly this takes more time than the work itself.
