      Since the pandemic there aren’t any Pros.

      Cons

      - No work life balance - Clinical Operation Leads aren’t equipped to manage people or studies - Doesn’t care about the employee willing to send monitors to ‘hot spot’ areas during a pandemic even if the monitor isn’t comfortable

      Merger with INC created toxic culture for finance teams

      Pros

      The individual commercial businesses units are fantastic.

      Cons

      Company is only concerned with short term bottom line. Employees live in constant fear jobs will be moved out of the country. It’s a terrible corporate culture. And hardworking SGA individuals, rather than focus on supporting driving the businesses forward, waste too much time on corporate red tape & inefficiencies.
