      Not micromanaged. Flexible PTO. CTMS can be hit or miss but good ones are great!

      Cons

      line managers are not helpful. Have to advocate for yourself. No bonuses or pay increase.

      Due to the nature of contract agencies the contract can be pulled at any time.

      awesome work environment perfect work/life balance unlimited PTO competitive pay the best contracts with large companies

      Cons

      Some Syneos contracts involve companies who want you to have a certain level of experience (oncology, rare disease, HIV, etc) to be considered for an interview. Most clients should be willing to train especially if the rep is senior level with a proven track record of success and awards or maybe that client shouldn't sign on with a contract company. How else does someone get that experience? Makes no sense.
