Management not so good with in my FSP. I was in calls where manager were literally yelling at each other. Did not want to work there after that. No support offered by management when i was given a brand new role with in FSP.

Nervous since CFO shameful departure and followed by private equity acquisition. Groups are concerned with potential layoffs. Cuts are being made in specific areas and remaining employees are asked to pick up additional responsibilities on permanent basis. No additional compensation, Discretionary PTO not really “discretionary” and subjective to management interpretaion. No clear rules to determine how much PTO one is allowed over another. Arbitrary and would have preferred clear tiers for accrued days as you go instead. Sponsors are cutting budgets and terminating contracts. There is overall sense things are not well and concerned with lack of new business.
