Work/Life balance is 100% work, 0% balance. US pay just changed to bizarre twice a month instead of bi-weekly. Overwhelming amount of meetings with multiple tiers of project managers, few people who do the real work. Spend more time updating bookkeeping systems than working on the study. No one cares if you work overtime, Project Manager said "You're lucky to have a job." No raises or bonuses this year.
